At RBfoods, we strive to ensure your fresh meals are delivered efficiently and safely to your doorstep or workplace across Johannesburg and Gauteng.

1. Delivery Notifications & Live Updates

We keep you informed every step of the way on your delivery day:

Dispatch Alert: You will receive a notification when our delivery driver begins their route.
Driver Courtesy Message: The RBfoods driver will send you a message shortly before arrival and another update when they are close to your location.

2. Gated Estates & Complex Access

Advance Notification: If you live in a gated estate or security complex, our driver will message you in advance before reaching your gate.
WhatsApp Access Codes: You can simply reply to the driver's WhatsApp message with your visitor entry/pin code to ensure a seamless entry and handoff.
Security Drop-off: If you are unavailable, please instruct us via WhatsApp to leave your meals with security at the main boom.

3. Route Timing & Delays

Optimized Routes: To keep our meal deliveries efficient and fresh, our drivers follow pre-planned, optimized delivery routes across different zones.
Traffic & Delays: While we strive to meet precise delivery windows, traffic conditions or unexpected delays along the route can occasionally occur.
Guaranteed Delivery: Regardless of route adjustments or delays, all of your meals will be delivered to you on your scheduled delivery day. If there is a major delay on a route, our team will communicate this with you directly.
